Adam Loo was born and raised in Springfield, PEI and grew up on this family’s organic farm, Springwillow Farms. This is where Adam’s devotion to all things local and sustainable was fostered.
Adam’s resume is endless working in fine establishments in New York state, Nova Scotia, and here on PEI. Most recently Adam was Executive Chef at The Merchantman Fresh Seafood & Oyster Bar and Corporate Chef for the past 5 years of the Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
Adam is now the Culinary Operations Manager for the Murphy Hospitality Group, overseeing the culinary operations of 13 restaurants and two hotels.
As dedicated as Chef Adam is to his trade, he is equally dedicated to growing the careers of his team members and the food industry here on PEI.
