Andrew is proud to call himself an Islander (Born and Raised). There are so many passionate people here from Farmers, Fisherman, Foragers and Suppliers all looking to do the same thing. Produce and deliver High Quality ingredients day in and day out.
In the past few years Andrew has had the opportunity to be a guest chef on Holland America cruise Line which he has been able to showcase his talents as well as Island Cuisine while traveling to the Eastern Caribbean, Canada/ New England as well as the West Coast of Canada on the way to Alaska. This is a great way to connect with people from all parts of the world while showcasing what our great Island has to offer. Let me tell you, we have lots to be proud of.
Also, had the pleasure to work throughout our Beautiful Country to also see how diverse we are. It’s easy to see that everyone has the same focus, use what is local to your area. This year for Toe, Taps and Taters we are proud to say that this feast will be ALL ABOUT PEI and especially our wonderful PEI Potatoes.
