Chef Jamie has been the head chef at Blue Mussel Cafe for the past 4 years where he has developed and fine tuned the menu into what it is today. Chef Jamie loves to use local in season ingredients and strives to get as close to sea-to-table and farm-to-table as possible. Chef Jamie Power has 15 years experience in a wide variety of food from family dining, pizza, pub food, hotel work, fine dining, catering, dietary chef, intimate home catering and restaurant consulting. Jamie graduated culinary institute 2007 and finished apprenticeship red seal training in 2012. Jamie is passionate about fresh local food, hunting and fishing- an outdoor enthusiast.
