Our chefs create a menu daily using ingredients from our organic gardens, and from a roster of Prince Edward Island farmers, fisherfolk, foragers and culinary artisans. At 6pm Oyster Hour begins; an interactive exploration of our grounds, gardens and flavours. At 7pm the Feast is served family-style at long butcher-block tables overlooking beautiful Bay Fortune. Our menu includes freshly-baked wood-oven bread, taste-of-the-Island charcuterie board, smoked fish, local seafood chowder, organic salad and wood-roasted meats, fish and vegetables all prepared before your eyes!
