Chef Paul has been involved in the locavore dining scene since 1982.After running a successful string of restaurants in Ontario, he purchased the Point Prim Chowder House in 2013. PEI is now his home, and he has established strong ties with the local fishers and farmers. His farm to table philosophy shines through, with simple yet elegant plating. He has assembled a team of young chefs ,with a passion for food, that embrace his cooking style, and share his commitment to all thing local.
