Imagine an intimate dining experience in a former art gallery turned bistro. A tantalizing 4-course dinner featuring Island beef, local vegetables and fruits including Island-made chocolate. Then pair each course with Island wine and spirits with Sommelier Lesley Quinn explaining her choices. You’ll savour the delicious flavours while learning how to select wines and liquors to go with your food.
