Dig into a clam-inspired dish prepared by Chef Alain Bossé, and enjoy over 10 small plates showcasing PEI clams prepared in a variety of delicious ways, alongside other PEI seafood stars including oysters and mussels. Watch with ‘baited’ breath as talented local chefs vie for bragging rights with their one-of-a-kind clam dishes and sample each and every creation. All the while, as you fill up on scrumptious local cuisine, you’ll be treated to live musical entertainment courtesy of an acclaimed Acadian band Gadelle. This event has communal seating which means you will be seated other people at the event. If you have people you wish to sit with you should arrive early with the people you’d like to sit with. People sitting at the same table are not required to social distance. Masks are required when not eating or drinking.
