Oyster love is in the salty air! Make your way to the heart of Canada’s oyster coast in Western PEI to pay homage to the mollusk that has put PEI on the international map. This 3-course feast will showcase the versatility and incredible flavours of freshly harvested PEI oysters in various hyper-local dishes. Prepared by Jesse Morrison-Gauthier, Executive Chef of Mill River Resort, Jeff Noye & William MacLean of Valley Pearl Oyster, and hosted by Eamon Clark 10X Canadian Oyster Shucking Champion while paired with local craft beverages, you’ll surely find yourself smitten with oysters and the down-home hospitality of Western PEI.
