Due to current and impending weather, Savour Victoria, a PEI Fall Flavours Festival presented by Sobeys Signature event, scheduled for Thursday, September 22nd, has been modified to ensure the safety and due care of guests and team members.
Our top priority is ensuring everyone stays safe and has the best experience possible while attending the PEI Fall Flavours Festival event. The outdoor component or “roaming hors d’oeuvres stations” will be moved into the respective restaurants. You will still be able to interact with our host, Chef Michael Smith and celebrate all the best PEI food has to offer, but in one location instead of multiple. We have also added an additional appetizer course to each restaurant’s menu – fresh shucked oysters and charcuterie.
All guests are asked to check into their assigned restaurants at 7 pm. There is still lots of fun in store! We can’t wait to host you in Victoria By the Sea!

Explore the historic, picturesque village of Victoria-By-The-Sea and enjoy a roving reception prepared by your talented local chefs, followed by a multi-course feast at one of three beloved local restaurants.
Showcasing the best of the Island’s harvest, Savour Victoria will kick off with an invitation to stroll the community’s charming streetscapes and waterfront. Take your time exploring unique shops and galleries while indulging in tasty hors d’oeuvres, wine and beer. Enjoy the talents of local musicians as you soak up the relaxed South Shore vibes.
And then, as the sun sets over PEI’s south shore, you’ll make your way to one of the village’s beloved restaurants for a harvest-inspired feast created by Chef Michael Smith and the restaurants’ talented culinary teams.
Want to keep the party going? Of course, you do! As Savour Victoria winds down, it’s time to head to nearby Borden-Carleton for an after party at Lone Oak Brewing. Featuring late-night comfort food inspired by PEI and live entertainment, it’s the perfect way to close out your epic evening on the Island’s South Shore. Additional ticket is required to attend the after party event “Bites, Brews and Tunes”
Shuttle pick-up will be available in Charlottetown, at the Holman Grand Hotel leaving at 4pm. Select the Transportation Add-on and the Bites, Brews and Tunes Add-on when purchasing your Savour Victoria Ticket.
