Harvest Happy Hour: PEI Sips & Bites
A rustic fall evening where guests will explore a series of local food stations featuring bite-sized dishes inspired by seasonal Island ingredients, set against the backdrop of harvest season at Deep Roots Distillery. Enjoy expertly crafted, fall-inspired cocktails and mocktails with live music and guided tours of the production facility. Guests will also take part in a hands on infusion experience, creating their own custom bottle of gin or vodka! As a special highlight, attendees will have access to a one-time-only tasting of a limited, 10-year aged release, an exclusive offering available only during this event.

Guests can expect an immersive and interactive evening that showcases the amazing fall harvest inspired food, drink. Upon arrival, they’ll step into a warm, rustic fall setting at the distillery, complete with live music and a welcoming, social atmosphere.
Throughout the event, guests will move at their own pace between curated food stations featuring bite-sized dishes from local food provider, each highlighting seasonal Island ingredients such as oysters, beef, dairy, and potatoes. Along the way, they’ll enjoy expertly crafted cocktails (with mocktail options available) and have the opportunity to hear directly from chefs and producers about the inspiration behind each dish.
In addition to the tasting experience, guests will be invited behind the scenes with guided tours of the distillery, offering a closer look at our small-batch production process. A hands-on infusion station will allow each guest to create their own custom bottle of gin or vodka using a variety of local ingredients, providing a personalized take-home element.
