Join fisher Jim Conohan at his home along the beautiful Boughton River for a hands-on shellfish experience. You’ll learn how we grow mussels on PEI and plunge your hands into a mussel sock to choose the mussels you’ll have for dinner. Jim will steam them for you and you’ll have them alongside your fresh cooked lobster. All overlooking the shore of the Boughton River.
