Guests will enjoy a culinary takeover at Mysa Nordic Spa on St. Peter’s Bay, with food tastings on the spa grounds, cocktail stations, live music, and a seated 5-course dinner in the evening!
Renowned Chefs from the Atlantic provinces curate a unique dining experience, complemented by the spa’s thermal baths and saunas. Throughout the day, guests will be encouraged to enjoy food samples as each chef creates a unique offering – two stations at a time – every hour leading up to dinner. These food stations will be setup throughout Mysa, including inside the Mysa greenhouse, and the open-fire platform located near the cold water pool.
The evening features an exquisite five-course menu, paired with carefully selected local wine, beer and cocktails, creating a harmonious blend of flavours. The optional overnight packages offer added perks, ensuring a memorable stay in Mysa’s cottages. Guests joining the The Ultimate Chefs Table on September 25th and 26th can begin to enjoy the thermal experience at 12:00 p.m. The 5-course dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. in the main dining area.
In addition to the dinner and thermal experience (with robe), the Curated Overnight Stay includes accommodations in a double-occupancy cottage for one night, two thermal experience passes, two seats for dinner, and two seats for brunch the following morning. Please note that rooms are allocated as per availability on a first-purchase basis.
