A historic tasting journey showcasing Prince Edward Island’s past and present through an 8-course seasonal menu. Rooted in a “farm-to-table” and foraging philosophy, this immersive evening features local ingredients, traditional techniques, and storytelling that reflects the history and culture of PEI. The evening begins with a welcome reception and oyster bar, followed by a guided culinary experience led by our executive chef and team. Guests can expect an elevated, immersive culinary experience in a stunning heritage setting, enriched by historical storytelling, local wine and beverage pairings, and intimate engagement with the culinary team. As one of Prince Edward Island’s most historic and iconic destinations, Dalvay by the Sea is uniquely positioned to contribute to the Fall Flavours Festival’s celebration of culinary excellence and island heritage.

Executive Chef: Jamie Power. With a passion deeply rooted in Prince Edward Island’s rich culinary heritage, Executive Chef Jamie Power brings over 23 years of experience in transforming the island’s seasonal bounty into unforgettable dining experiences.
Live entertainment: Nudie is a respected singer-songwriter who has made Prince Edward Island his musical home. With rich roots in Ontario and musical adventures across North America, he first led “Nudie and the Turks” before launching a solo career in 2012 with the album Remember This. Featuring twangy guitars, organ, and horns, the record earned airplay on CBC and sync spots on Saving Hope. As host of Nudie’s House of Rock and a festival favorite, Nudie continues to captivate Island audiences with heartfelt, rootsy performances.
