The evening begins with a welcoming reception featuring freshly shucked PEI oysters paired with local craft beer, setting the tone for a progressive culinary journey that highlights the Island’s most celebrated ingredients. Guests will enjoy seared scallops finished with a beer butter glaze, Island beef & pork sliders, seasonal squash galettes, and rich seafood chowder — offering a thoughtful balance of elevated flavours and comforting Island favourites. The experience concludes with a trio of PEI potato-inspired desserts, followed by a late-night Galley S’more enjoyed fireside beneath the open sky.
