Seth Shaw is a chef that brings his whole life’s experience to the kitchen. Having grown up in Lincoln, Maine, Seth moved to PEI to attend the Culinary Institute of Canada. Seth began leading the culinary team at The Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar in December of 2017. He says, “The best part about working in an open kitchen is being able to talk to guests while they see their meal being made. We have a lot of pride in being able to provide that experience”.
