If you’re an oyster lover, this is the perfect experience for you. Join fisher Jim Conohan at his home along the shore of the beautiful Boughton River. You’ll learn the traditional way of harvesting oysters using tongs to collect up the shellfish. Jim will show you how to shuck them, and then you’ll eat the freshest oysters you’ve ever had along with freshly steamed mussels.
