Fluke represents an inspiring new culinary expression of PEI’s best flavours, served up with passion. Taking place on the fourth floor of The Hotel Acadia, high above Tracadie Bay, Feast at Fluke offers a spectacular perspective of the sweeping ocean views. This intimate dining experience will feature a 5-course dinner alongside a live halibut demo from Chef Greg Arsenault.

Taking place on the fourth floor of The Hotel Acadia, high above Tracadie Bay, Feast at Fluke offers a spectacular perspective of the sweeping ocean views. This intimate dining experience will feature a 5-course dinner alongside a live halibut demo from Chef Greg Arsenault.
Before dinner begins, Feast at Fluke will feature food stations with a live halibut demonstration, where Chef Greg Arsenault will demonstrate and discuss the process of filleting a halibut. The stations will consist of the Halibut charcoal grill, Mussels and Oysters, and a Cocktail/ Caesar station.
