Wood-Fired Pizza Experience:

Guests will have the opportunity to build and bake their own pizza from a menu featuring eight specialty pizza options, each centered around a key local ingredient such as lobster, mussels, oysters, Island potatoes, and more. With guidance from our pizza chef, participants will select their own toppings to complement the featured ingredient, creating a personalized culinary experience.

Additional Courses Include:

Signature Wood-Fired Dips served with house-baked bread and chips at each table

All-You-Can-Eat Steamed Mussel Station offering fresh, local mussels as a savory appetizer

Homemade Specialty Bread & Butter Course featuring breads made in-house

Final Dessert Course: A speciality dessert wood fired pizza crafted by our bakery specifically for this event

Guided by our artisanal Pizza Chef, each guest will step into the heart of our open kitchen to handcraft their own wood-fired pizza, from stretching the dough to thoughtfully selecting toppings that highlight PEI’s finest seasonal ingredients.
