This golf-centric event will feature a welcome reception, a four-course meal with a keynote speaker and professional golfer, and a golf tournament to take place at one of Prince Edward Island’s most renowned courses. The Mill River Mixer experience will showcase the products of the fall harvest, and a special ‘late night under the lights’ experience.

This golf-centric event will feature a welcome reception, a four-course meal with a keynote speaker and professional golfer, and a golf tournament to take place at one of Prince Edward Island’s most renowned courses. 4 p.m. Cocktail Hour
– Official start of the event with a mix and mingle cocktail hour outdoors on patio or in banquet room (pending on weather).
– Oyster Bar
– Beef Sliders
– Wolf Fish Tacos
– Bacon Wrapped Dates
5:30 p.m. – Guests sit for dinner
1st Course – bread with compound seasonal butter
2nd Course – ‘green jacket salad’; romaine, green onions, tomatoes, pita, green jacket dressing
3rd Course – ‘steak frites’ pei potatoes, atlantic beef products steak, chimichurri butter, herb aioli, seasonal vegetables
4th Course – sticky toffee pudding, caramel sauce, whipped cream
9:00 p.m. – Under the Lights special golf event (included for registered golfers in the golf tournament)
Late Night
– Lobster Mac n Cheese (Cows Creamery + ADL)
– Pulled Pork Quesadillas
Saturday
7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast
9:00 a.m. – Golf start
1:00 p.m. – Closing lunch and tournament conclusion
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Closing Lunch on patio (Mise mobile kitchen)
