Ultimate Chefs Table

Renowned Chefs curate a unique dining experience, complemented by the spa’s thermal baths and saunas. Throughout the day, guests will be encouraged to enjoy food samples as each chef creates a unique food offering, two stations at a time, every hour leading up to dinner. Food stations will be setup throughout Mysa including inside the comfortable lounge in the main building, to inside the Mysa greenhouse, to the open-fire platform located near the cold water pool.

The Details

The evening features an exquisite five-course menu paired with carefully selected wine, beer and cocktail pairings, creating a harmonious blend of flavours. Optional overnight packages offer added perks, ensuring a memorable stay in Mysa’s renovated cottages.

Guests joining the The Ultimate Chef’s Table on September 26th or September 27th can begin to enjoy the thermal experience at 12:00 p.m. on the day in which they are attending. The Ultimate Chef’s Table begins at 6:00 p.m. in the main dining area.

In addition to the dinner and thermal experience with robe, The Curated Overnight Stay includes an overnight stay in a double-occupancy cottage for one night, two thermal experience passes, two seats for dinner, and two seats for brunch the next morning. $899+tax. Please note that rooms are allocated as per availability on a first-purchase basis.

One of the chefs featured at Ultimate Chefs Table for 2025 is Jamie Kennedy.

Jamie Kennedy has been instrumental in shaping the culinary landscape in Canada. His innovative approach to gastronomy, commitment to sustainable agriculture and advocacy of local food have been unwavering. Jamie has helped pioneer ‘farm to table’ practices nationwide and has continued to foster important ties between farmers and chefs across Ontario. He has applied the slow food philosophy in every aspect of his business. His seasonal methods of cooking and involvement with the local food movement continue to inspire progress in agricultural and gastronomical communities across Canada. In 2010, Jamie was honoured for his contributions with two major appointments; with Chef Michael Stadtländer, he was awarded for his leadership at the inaugural Governor General’s Award in Celebration of the Nation’s Table, and soon after he was appointed to the rank of Member of the Order of Canada.
